2. Use my services at your own risk and sole discretion.

   1. Remove, limit, restrict or otherwise alter your access to my service(s) in any way, shape or form.
   2. Take measures to limit, restrict or otherwise alter your ability to access my other service(s) should measures be taken on one or more others.
   3. Restrict the access of your affiliates, which include, but are not limited to, family members, partner/spouse/significant other, dependents and/or descendants, to my service(s).
   4. Contact you regarding the state of which your access to my service(s) remains.
5. You must only use my service(s) for purposes permitted under legislation.
   1. In all cases, legislation of the Commonwealth of Australia applies.
   2. In all cases, legislation of your jurisdiction applies.
6. I provide my service(s) under good faith. Do not:
   1. Abuse or misuse my service(s) beyond its intended use cases or scenarios
   2. Share, plagiarise, pirate or otherwise distribute my service(s) beyond what is permitted by legislation unless stated otherwise
   3. Harass, badger or otherwise contact me regarding any aspect of my service(s) which include, but are not limited to, the state, availability, quality and otherwise, in volume(s) beyond deemed beyond reasonable
   4. Abet, aid or otherwise support or hold knowledge of activity(s) not permitted that occur on, use or otherwise involve my service(s)
7. You are required to report any activities, potential or otherwise, that may violate my Terms of Service, legislation or otherwise regulations. Failure to comply may result in prosecution and a permanent ban for you and your affiliates from my service(s).
